We’ve driven to Italy quite often and had city breaks in Rome staying in Trastevere which we feel is like a big city version of Capena. What we particularly wanted this time was experience of living in a small Italian town and this is exactly what we got. I’m currently doing GCSE Italian as a ‘senior’ evening-class student and our stay was worth an awful lot of hours of tuition!
