The two properties are owned by Juliet (who lives in Twickenham, south-west London, and works as a translator) and managed by Pucci, who lives in Capena.

Juliet first visited Capena in her twenties while working in Rome, fell in love with the village and lived there for about three years. Years later, she took her two small sons back for a nostalgic visit and received such a warm welcome from her former neighbours that she has been a regular visitor ever since.

Pucci (originally from Sicily) and Juliet have been friends for years and are thoroughly enjoying their new business enterprise. They have met many wonderful people from all over the world during Casa Capena’s first year and look forward to meeting many more in 2008.
