We have two wonderful guests staying at the moment: Hugh Taylor and Moira McCrossan are two doughty Scots who work as travel journalists, among many other things. They sound amazing and very good at living life to the full: Lena had problems making herself heard when she knocked to say hello because they were so engrossed in playing the guitar and singing. They have also tramped all around the surrounding countryside, not at all put off by the lack of proper footpaths, and are thoroughly enjoying village life and the lack of tourists. Lena has also fixed Moira up with an Italian teacher.
